Despite the newly renovated hotel, however the toilet stinks and there’s algae all around the corner. The kids swimming is definitely not a safe place for kids because the tiles were broken, you can see the bits and pieces of tiles floating around and there’s alot of algae on the sides and even on the ground of the swimming pool. Will not recommand the kids swimming pool. Breakfast were not much of choices to choose from but it’s still a wide spread of simple breakfast.

Worth the money
Stay was nice. We got a executive king room on the 29th floor. Breakfast was a small spread that kept repeating over the days so we got tired of it after a day. Location wise was not bad for the fact that it was a shopping mall on the first floor, with a few eateries and convenience stores 5mins away.

We stayed for 2 nights at Swiss-Garden. We are pleased with the hotel overall, customer service are very good, however, the only setback is its noise (loud morning prayer at 5 am) that woke us up every morning without fail. This is a negative impression that would not be pleasant to tourists.

Extra towels are chargeable. Not a big deal but if u are travelling with kids and they only provide 2 towels per room, its a bit morale killer to pay for extra towels. Also, breakfast can be more variety. Other than that, location is great and staff are friendly.

Ridiculous extra charges
We booked a 3 people room, however the hotel only provided 2 towels. When requested for extra 1 towel, the hotel was asking RM10 charge. They advised it's the hotel policy to provide 2 towels only per room. It really opened my eyes that how could a 4 star hotel operated in such poor policy.

check in took at least 30 mins, during checkout , we waited for at least 45 mins at the lift lobby.. before deciding to use the staff lift. Very bad management in both terms Room ceiling was leaking due to overflow of aircond water

It was advertised as tennis court but its only half of it, strictly its only a tennis wall. The hotel room was big and spacious, do not feel cram.

Stay was good except room was near the swimming pool which can be a little noisy. The iron can be clean and the power point to be fixed. A little spark can be seen when using the power point in room 11025. You don’t want your guest to be electrocuted.

Carpet has big dirt marks, Aircon fan is so noisy, piping above ceiling was also noisy in the wee morning, swimming pool with kid playground was so cold with heavy wind, bathroom was old and lacking , didn’t feel the room was cleaned up at all.
