"I love everything ab this hotel. I even extended my stay fr 1 day to 2. The staff were very approachable and quick in action. The reception even offered me an upgrade with a breakfast voucher. I was so touched by their concern.
The room was so clean, spacious, well-lighted, and most importantly, so wangi! This included the bathroom. Such a pleasant experience!"

"The location of this hotel is convenient access to banks like bank rakyat and hlb, walking distance but difficult to give directions. I used Bunga Raya from the Shore Mall then reached shops like selling plus sized t shirts, shop like Mustaffa .jst walk straight.. Jonker st also got public bank. Eateries like mamak stalls, chinese food, bbq,hotpot , thai nearby /at Shore Jonker etc cendol,, nyonya, simple mee goteng or fried noodles etc l and chicken rice but i dont remember seeing jpnese food...

"The room had a musty, old, and dusty odor, as if it had been left unattended for a long time created an unpleasant smell, making it hard to breathe. The Wi-Fi was technically connected but had no internet access, and despite contacting customer service, the issue remained unresolved throughout the two-day stay. "Front desk receptionist who attended to me at check-in was helpful and professional.
Was given a room that has a nasty odour; like wet blankets left in a room. Room was changed to my request. Next room was ok, but air-conditioning was noisy. In the evening I asked another person at front desk if they could send someone to have a look at the aircon; nobody came. Gave up. I guess for the price I paid, couldn't expect much. Lucky it was only a night stay. Staff there is friendly. "

"Guest Service staff was helpful in checking in and arranging the Melaka River Cruise.
F&B & Kitchen staff are helpful and friendly. Even though i ordered room service 5 minutes before their closing time, they agreed to cook and send it over to my room without showing sour face.
Most of the time spend hanging around Melaka so i cant comment much about the hotel.
The rooms are just nice to stay if you are not a fussy type whom just need a room to sleep.
