Good

Good services provided

Friendly and helpful staff but cleanliness can be better especially the toilet which had a bad smell.

wonderful stay we had, brilliant room and friendly staff

Just love everything about the it staff n all

Good location at a good price.

Great location, modern and clean. The unfortunate aspects is that they have noisy neighbours nearby and can get a bit loud on the weekend. Another factor is that the air-conditioner placement in the room is usually directly pointed at the bed, thus it can be either very cold or warm and would take some time to get used to a perfect temperature.

Attending a conference in Makati, but chose to stay here for the Bayview. And it was spectacular! The room is spacious and clean. The floor is dusty. There are a number of bars around the building, although it's quiet once I take the lift upstairs. Great value for money!

It has always been my favourite hotel.

Stayed here for 5 nights, overall very satisfying ... good and friendly staff, get early check in as well, we didn't had breakfast in our room rate, but from earlier stays here, it's good and over average. They only thing is that there is only one lift, they have already installed a new one, and i think one more is coming. The wifi is among the strongest, i have experience in hotel's in Manila, I will definitely stay here again, next time i'm in Manila, and the rate's are within my budget.

No food shops near by

Every time I stay in this hotel when I am on business trip. The service is excellent and they have good service staff.
