Everything with the hotel and the staff is perfect. The food is VERY VERY GOOD. Pools are sparkling clean. Staff is friendly and professional. What I didn't like is more to do with the nature - the rocks in the water hurt very much when you kick one you didn't see - if they could just clean the beach from underwater rocks everything could be just perfect.

Overall a very good stay
Overall a very good stay and pleased with what was provided and value for money. We don't normally do all inclusive deals but this was a good first holiday with a new baby. Comments of note; - our non-smoking room was between two smoking rooms so out on the balcony or with the patio door open it meant you could smell next doors smoking - beer was never replenished in the mini bar - the beach was maybe a 6/10 - make sure you book al la carte restaurants days in advance - there is a taxi bank right outside the hotel entrance, granted the same pricing as what reception told, which is good

nice hotel right next to a great beach
We're a family of 4 and stayed in one of the Lake Houses. Big apartments with their own pool which were really nice. Food was excellent with plenty of choice Only downside was the transfer from the airport. We paid extra for a service that guaranteed no more than 4 stops that would take just over an hour. We were held at the airport and did not leave until 1am while they waited for other passengers. The minibus then made 7 stops, including a 15 minute break for the driver at a grotty road side cafe at 2.30am in the morning to try to get us to spend money. Total transfer time was 2.5 hours in the early hours with 2 tired children - a pretty awful start to the holiday! My advice would be to book a direct transfer through the hotel you are staying at.

Very pleased with this hotel. Very clean, good facilities, and very helpful staff. The food was varied and there was always plenty of choice. Waiters and bar staff always on hand. Would recommend and return.

My stay!
Beautiful hotel. Not many British people but that didn’t bother us. Brilliant all inclusive- food and drinks 24/7 including cocktails! short distance from town centres and things to do around the hotel such as water sports, diving etc. Main pool is enormous really relaxing and lovely surroundings.

Excellent but need more labelled veggie food
Cannot fault this hotel in anyway. Choice of food was good but could be more vegetarian selection with signs showing which items were- kept having to ask but not confident of answers as so many staff.

Love It!
Worth every dollar and for sure will visit again if given the chance. Met a couple from Holland who were there for the second time. They spoke highly of the place and their presence is nothing but a live evidence of how good the place is.

Lovely hotel
Lovely hotel, comfortable, very good facilities and good and very friendly and efficient staff. Although a very large hotel, still retains atmosphere of intimate friendliness. Lovely setting in conifer woods and easily accessible to Side and Manaqvat. Would definitely pay a return visit.

Heel vriendelijk personeel. Buffet is heel uitgebreid. Verschillende activiteiten zowel voor volwassenen als voor kinderen. De kamers hebben wel een update nodig. Mehmet, 1 van de redders, was onze favoriete persoon!

Otel bence oldukça iyi. Havuzu büyük, yemekleri çeşitli, gün içinde aktiviteler çok. Her an istediğinize ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Personel güler yüzlü ve yardımsever. Temizlik konusunda oldukça titizler. Plajı kum ve güzel ama denizi oldukça taşlı. Deniz ayakkabısı hariç girmek oldukça zor. Hele küçük çocuk falan imkansız. Kumla oynar ancak kenarda. Biz havuzda geçirdik tatilimizi öyle olunca. Havuz kalabalık değildi bayram olmasına rağmen. Şezlong bulmak hiç zor olmuyor. Alternatif oldukça fazla. Odalar temiz ve modern. Biz oldukça memnun kaldık. Tüm herkese öneriyoruz :)

La Turchia una sorpresa
Siamo stati in questo hotel ad agosto con amici, l’hotel non è certo un 5 stelle dei nostri Italiani ma comunque molto carino e piacevole, il personale molto gentile, il trattamento all inclusive è veramente il Top si mangia e si bene senza limiti, il buffet è sempre vario e abbondante il cibo è buono,le camere sono discretamente pulite, le ragazze delle pulizie si dimenticavano spesso gli asciugamani, ma niente di grave. La scoperta è la cittadina vicino a 5 Km , Side, che è un sito archeologico quasi pari a Roma bellissimo....il centro shopping è pieno di grandi occasioni bellissimo.

Schönes Hotel direkt am Strand
Das Hotel ist sehr schön direkt am Meer gelegen. Wir hatten ein Deluxe Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht. Nachdem wir sehr freundlich empfangen wurden, haben wir unser Zimmer bezogen. Wir waren begeistert - der Blick auf den Pool und das Meer einfach traumhaft. Leider wärte die Freude über das Zimmer nicht lange, denn direkt unter unserem Zimmer befand sich die Showbühne. Unsere Befürchtungen wurden leider bestätigt, wir fanden in dieser Nacht kaum Schlaf. Schweren Herzens haben wir uns am nächsten Tag ein neues Zimmer geben lassen. Unserem "Wunsch" wurde sehr schnell & äußerst freundlich entsprochen. Ansonsten haben wir aber einen traumhaften Urlaub mit leckerem und abwechslungsreichem Essen, sehr freundlichen und unaufdringlichem Personal verlebt. Die Wasserrutschen waren für unseren 7-jährigem Sohn natürlich das Highlight :o)

Perfect spot for relaxation and family time!
Arriving very late we got the best welcome; a glass of wine, something to eat from the night buffet and a golf car transport to our room. We had a relaxing week in this very nice and well kept hotel just by the beach. Family room was very spacious. Comfortable beds, good wifi and aircon. Enjoyed 4 of the a la carte restaurants (make sure to book!) and all were fantastic except the Chinese one which was a real disappointment. The buffe restaurant is also good and had fantastic variation of food. Free drinks (quality was not super, though) and good, personal service from bar staff. Animation was ok - the pool party was a fun event. We would love to come back to Turquoise (if Turkey's political situation eventually will be stabilized...)!
