Also found it very odd for a supposed 5 star to have to pay extra for things like pool towels, some “premium” sun beds and bottled water? Not expected. "I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. It is more apartment than hotel since there is no onsite restaurant or room service, but I brought some food with me, so not a problem. This is a very modern facility, including USB ports on many outlets. And plenty of outlets. Angela, the receptionist, was very pleasant and answered all questions thoroughly and professionally. This hotel is not on the water, but in a quiet neighborhood up the hill a bit. I’d definitely stay here again."
