We absolutely loved this grand hotel, Everything was top notch. If I was going to nitpick to find anything to say they could improve on it's the showers. They leak into the bathrooms and you need a towel to dry it up. plus you can't put a towel behind the shower door because the door is too low and it gets caught. not a big deal really. the hotel is amazing.

The Grand Hyatt Manila has exceeded my expectation when it comes to fine hotel and services. The breakfast buffet that we stayed for 4 nights, three days were wholesome with proper service and etiquette. One of the server named Mono has brought me and my girlfriend with great enthusiasm and cherishable while he was serving us. We highly recommended to visit here again because of the great service and location this hotel has brought to our vacation :)

My wife and I stayed three nights at the Taguig Grand Hyatt. We found the hotel clean and well-maintained, and the staff helpful, cheerful, and ready to assist when needed. One thing we noticed was that if we looked like we needed assistance while standing in the lobby, someone would approach and ask if they could help with something. The hotel is located in a clean, orderly, walkable section of Manila, which helped make our stay pleasant. There is a wide selection at breakfast, with something for just about any taste. A restful, trouble-free stay. We hope to return.

First time staying at Grand Hyatt. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the hotel/staff/property. Very nice rooms with a view. I was wondering why my room was so high then I realized the middle of the building is occupied by offices and a bank that as a guest do not have access to. I would stay again.

I booked 2 rooms for 6 nights and there were quite a few issues with the rooms. First day checkin one room’s lock had no battery and we had to wait for technician to replace the lock. Then one of the bathrooms exhaust fell off during the middle of the night which can be very dangerous because it was right on top of the toilet. And the other bathroom’s shower pipe started leaking and spraying water everywhere. Also sometime the sheet in our room has stain and not fully dried. Finally the breakfast has good selection but it takes forever to get the coffee to our tables.

The staff really makes this place. Friendly and always willing to help. Great to be greeted so friendly each time I came "home". My only critique and minor at best is the pool area is good but I expected more from a newish hotel and being the Grand Hyatt. Would stay again and recommend to everyone to stay. Thank you

it took awhile for the guest services to bring up the luggage cart and i was in a hurry. i had to call 3 times for someone get someone up with the cart

Lovely family stay!
Lovely new hotel, well appointed rooms, great service at the breakfast restaurant (be prepared for a bit of a wait though especially during peak hours), lovely pool area as well. Should have peeked into the rooftop bar i heard it’s quite lovely. Will stay here again! Oh and so near UPtown mall and mitsukoshi mall is right beside.

It’s a legit 5 star experience
Truly a 5 star hotel quality, stayed for 3 nights, got a problem on my room the 3rd night and they fixed it right away. Breakfast superb, i would definitely go back again given the opportunity.

Family of 4. Favorite hotel in Manila.
Amazing experience all the way around. Wonderful hospitality. The staff greeted us by name almost everywhere we went. They went above and beyond. Very clean hotel. Very family friend. Mist importantly we felt very safe. Love this hotel and we will be back again soon!
