The staff are very pleasant and helpful The room was spacious and very clean ,there was a very good iron and a excellent hairdryer available in the room . There are at least 2 maybe more very comfortable sitting areas available for guests to avail of if weather was not good"

"For me the staff and the welcome made this such a lovely stay. I was a little confused when I arrived as had to go upstairs to the bar to check in but the warm welcome by the owner and the staff made me really feel at home. I was a little worrIED about there being a lot of stairs and the very kind and friendly owner gave me a room on the first floor so I didn’t have to climb too many. My kettle wasn’t working and there was no tv remote and when I told them the kettle wasn’t working replaced right away and so was the remote. The breakfast was great Matt was so friendly and helpful. I especially enjoyed the Turkish breakfast. I would definitely recommend it and I will stay again when visiting Ramsgate. I loved the room especially the comfy double bed. Not ce powerful shower too ."
