"Exceptionally clean. Great rooftop, great walkable location. The owner helped us to organize a driver for Dara or a tour if you needed. They appear to be doing even more upgrades as time goes."

"Mardin’de trafiksiz ulaşabileceğiniz ama bir yandan da antik Mardin’e çok yakın mesafede. Çok tatlı bir çift tarafından işletilen ve ailecek severek kaldığımız bir deneyim oldu. Terasta günü bitirmek çok keyifliydi. Hüseyin bey ve Menşure hanıma teşekkür ederiz."

"Bedirhan bey konak otelde iki gece konakladık ve inanılmaz derecede memnun kaldık. Odaların temizliği, Bedirhan beyin ve çalışanların güler yüzü, samimiyeti, sıcaklığı takdire şayandı. Konağın güzelliği ise bizi adeta mest etti. Mardine ilk defa geldiğimiz için doğru düzgün nereye gideceğimizi bile bilmiyorduk ancak Bedirhan bey bize öylesine güzel bir gezi rotası oluşturdu ki hem vaktimizi hem de ekonomimizi korumamıza yardımcı oldu. Kendisi aşırı derecede güler yüzlü bir işletme sahibi....

"Her şey mükemmeldi. Bizi Ömer Bey karşıladı. Çok güler yüzlüydü bize çok iyi davrandılar ortam çok sıcaktı. Temizlik ve oda yönünden her şey düşünülmüştü.Terası hem kale hemde ova manzaralıydı çok harikaydı. Terasında akşam oturmak çok keyifliydi.Mardine gidip düşünmeden kalınabilecek bir yer. Kahvaltı dahil kahvaltılarıda çok güzeldi.Temizlik yönünden tercih edecekler hiç tereddüt etmesin."

"Otel çok güzel, temizdi. Kahvaltısı gayet güzeldi. Personel çok ilgiliydi. Otel merkezi yerde ve gezilmesi gereken yerlere çok yakın. Otelden çarşıya Mardin'in tarihi otantik sokaklarından yürüyerek geçiyorsunuz. Otele ulaşım kolay ama otel ile irtibata geçilmesinde fayda var. Navigasyon farklı gösterebiliyor."
