Over priced, paid $189 for a tin shed in a paddock. Top 10 camp grounds are usually much higher standard and value for money. Unfortunately this one was not.

Hi, and thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I'm sorry the cabin that you stayed in did not meet your expectations as it is very popular with our guests and accurately described on the third party website that you booked through. Describing it as a "tin shed" is very misleading. Our two room cabins are soundly constructed, double glazed, fully insulated and the only "tin" is the corrugated iron roof. All our cabins have hotel quality beds and linen provided. I am sorry you also did not appreciate our landscaped grounds and holiday park facilities. Last minute accommodation in the Wairarapa on sunny weekends with multiple events (fishing competition, drag races, garden tour) can be expensive. I would recommend you book ahead and maybe consider our two bedroom apartment in future, as this may be more to your liking. I am pleased to hear that you enjoy the TOP 10 experience and I hope this stay will not put you off staying in TOP 10 Holiday Parks in the future.

Good location and facilities in reasonable distance to town. It was very convenient they also offered a bike hire service.

The cabins are far enough apart giving a sense of privacy. The showers were excelent, good hot water and clean. Even a hair dryer was availble. The kitchen was well equiped and a great place to meet other travellers and share experiences.

The staff were excellent and went over and beyond to assist us! I have never had such personal, friendly, efficient service and I am so impressed! The cabin was clean and warm and we slept so well and the other customers on site were lovely, friendly and quiet! I'd love to come back on holiday and stay longer!

The two bedroom chalet was deceptively large. It was well presented and just fabulous for the stay. It was very peaceful with its outlook on to the park.

Nice place to stay
Arrived early evening, the gal that checked us in was very nice. First time we stayed at a Holiday park in a cabin and we were pleasantly surprised. I think we got the smallest unit they have without bathroom though it was cozy and comfortable. We slept well in a good bed with decent bedding. Even had night stands. The bathroom and showers were very clean. Nice stay.
