"Hotel is in an excellent location just off Oxford Street and Edgware Road area so lots of restaurants, and shops but is extremely quiet. Everything was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others. "

"Nice hotel, clean and room was ready early which was a nice surprise. However breakfast was a nightmare we had to ask for glasses, milk orange juice bread nothing was filled up. I felt sorry for the poor lad waiting in the restaurant he was on his own most of the time and rushing around trying to help everyone. Also the lift wasn’t working twice when we went to use it."
