"The property is nicely located but in need of updates. A lot of the lamps are plug in vs light switch and there were some flickering lights behind the TV. One lamp was missing a light bulb. No outlet in the bathroom for a hair dryer. The second bathroom is missing a door handle making it hard to open and close. We were unable to reach the ceiling fan chain without having to get on the bed, The Air Conditioner wasn't working on he first floor which made it a bit stuff but with open windows at...

"The Dagney was a great choice in hotels for Boston. The room was very comfortable and clean, the staff were great and we enjoyed the close proximity to many restaurants and attractions. We really enjoyed dine in breakfast and The on site restaurants and café.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend."

"We really loved the hotel. I was there with my son. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The amenities and the whole room setup are amazing. One thing I wasn't fan of was the cleaning routine. We stayed there for 5 nights and they only took the trash-whixh was a very tiny can- or refill the stuff that we needed once even though we requested it. Other than that we loved our stay and would most likely return."

"Nice place, nice people, and great location. Key positives: Water bottle fill station on each floor Closet of amenities on each floor Special door to the pub next door; worked well during World Cup viewing Nice lounge on the first floor. Areas to improve: Add safe to room Put a wastebasket in the bathroom. It may be a new efficiency that we are seeing with hotels cutting back on wastebaskets, but it is not very graceful to carry all your trash from room to room. Thanks and we would happily return."

"I wanted a no fuss, I don’t have to think about anything, excellent hotel to celebrate the fourth and was very pleased with the Omni. Tip for new visitors: Like most city hotels, you must pay for parking. We paid in advance for a garage a couple blocks away vs valet at the hotel. I would do this again."
