"Overall the apartment was very nice with wonderful views over the city and mountains, but there was one very big issue with the lower level bathroom. At some time the water heater must have leaked and caused the ceiling to collapse. This must have happened some time ago judging by the mold on the surrounding wall/ceiling. Although this didn’t prevent me from trying to use the shower, I did discover however that the hot water supply had been turned off, I assume because of the leaking water...

"The management of the apartment, was good very good and prompt communication. Although some flaws are there the TV box has limited channel and there isn't a clothes hook in the toilet. The best part a pool table, and a acarde machine to relive the old those good old game KOF, Metal slug puzzle bubble and more.. 1945, had wish i had more time there. Nearby has good cake shop and massage parlours after a long day walking around, and breakfast place downstairs are delicious too. "
