"All areas of the hotel were nice and clean. All employees were smiling and ready to help. The restaurants have a wide variety of dishes for every palate. Pool was clean and daily activities provide good entertainment for eveyone. Nightlife entertainment like bars and shows offered enjoyable ways to spend the evening. Overall experience was excellent, however my room had a noticeable dusty wall. I left a note for the housekeeper requesting it to be cleaned but rhe issue was not addressed during my stay, this was the only downside. "

"The resort is very clean and the staff is genuinely friendly and attentive, which made the overall experience enjoyable. The only downside for me was that they didn’t offer a lunch or dinner buffet. Aside from that, it’s a solid spot with great service."

"Everything was amazing!!! The service was amazing!! It was like they had someone for every 10 people. Felt super safe and protected! Would highly recommend, but if you go, get preferred. That’s the way to go!!! Your own butler and EVERY need taken care of at a whim! And if you go to the lower pools, ask for Arturo!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!"

"The room was kept spotless. From the very beginning, the staff was absolutely amazing when our luggage was collected to the pool staff. Thomas, Reyes, Entertainment staff Esteban, Ariel, Ileana, All the restaurant and bar staff were amazing. Every staffer I passed had a smile and a greeting. Everyone was more than willing to help with anything we needed. If I have another return trip it will be to Fiesta American. Thank you for everything. "
