"It was our first time visiting Cancun. The weather was great, and the hotel was very new and clean. We faced the ocean and see the sunrise every day. The ocean-view room was particularly nice, and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was also good, and the hotel is about a 7-minute walk from the Cancún side. The hotel is very close to the airport and also offers a shuttle bus service. We joined a snorkeling tour booked through the hotel, and the experience was excellent. We also took a boat to Isla Mujeres on our own for a day trip. Using Uber was convenient, and we felt that the safety level was high. However, when we made the reservation, we were expecting two queen-size beds. When we arrived at the hotel, only one king-size bed was arranged, which was slightly inconvenient for three adults. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel."
