The hotel staff absolutely fabulous. I was sick with the flu...and they were attentive ... quietly offering me tissues and tea with honey and lemon... and a local herbal drink every morning at breakfast. Went out of their way at every turn. Spa was also great and relaxing. Location of hotel not great. No place to take a walk in.

Hotel staffs are very friendly and the breakfast is good!

On our 2nd night there, at about 10.00pm, one of my grandson had every high fever and I called the front desk to ask whether they can get a doctor to come and in 15 minutes the owner and the doctor was at the door. Thanks to the doctor, the next day he was himself again. The following day we were able to carry on with our travel to Lake Toba. We hoped the hotel staff, owner and the doctor are able to see this, Thank You So So Much!! Regards, Harold Tan

Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast spread are good.

The hotel is very comfortable and clean. For short period transition is excellent. The only setback there isn’t much shopping and eating at the Kualanamu international Airport. Although there are large numbers of Indonesian Chinese living in Medan but the Kualanamu airport do not sell Chinese foods neither much Western foods..

The room is big and comfortable... located in central and convenient to travel to nearby malls or complex.

Good location near mall and train station. Close to lots of good food . Hotel of choice when I visit Medan!

Very satisfied with the overall service

A great hotel to stay in. Close to the Airport (not walking distance, but they provided car transport when I wanted it). I arrived much later than expected, in fact it was after midnight, but the staff were friendly and the room condition perfect.

A very Good hotel. Near shopping malls, eating places, and many other amenities.
