Very helpful and friendly staff, our flight reached at 7 :15 am We were able take a trip to Bukit Lawang at the same day, did jungle tracking and came back to the hotel same day, everything was possible, because of friendly and cooperative hotel staff, they room was excellent, nice view from the top floor, breakfast was excellent, we loved our stay.

Overall, the hotel is a good hotel. Very clean and the staff is excellent. There is something that happens around the hotel that is loud music that lasts sometime until 5:00 am. This is not the mosques but more like a club. Staff was very good and helpful.

Clearly the best hotel in Medan. I was staying here for a week and liked everything about it. Attentative staff, very secure place, good location directly next to mall, wonderful room with big and comfy bed, big bathroom, good Restaurants for a reasonable price, and I appreciated most that cleaning service didnt knock the door before 11.30am. Wonderful!

Best hotel in Medan. We enjoyed our stay so much. The staff was wonderful and the hotel facilities are fantastic - the spa pools are wonderful. We also had the best sleep here out of all the hotels we stayed at in Medan and wished we stayed here more nights.Convenient location with a huge mall just diagonally across the road too. If we ever return to Medan, we will definitely stay here

The staff from the second we arrived to when we left were all amazing! They helped unload our bags and get them to the room, check in was so quick and they helped us with express laundry as we had to left the following day! The restaurant staff had amazing suggestions for breakfast and gave us many samples of local Indonesian dishes we could try! If we come back to Medan, this will be the definite place we will plan to stay at! Thanks for the great stay!

Impeccable service but hotel needs upgrading.

The room is big and comfy for 3 adults. All of us slept like babies even though our room was facing the main road. Service was impeccable. However, the hotel badly needs a renovation esp in the pool and jacuzzi. It was extremely stuffy in the executive lounge, making the experience unbearable. It would be great to leave the drinks menu on the table. Spa experience was great but needs to change the floor tiles in the room.

Big rooms good service good location clean

Everything was great. We really liked the location close to mall in walk distance which allowed us to grab quick meal or groceries for room. The hotel airport transfers and day trip car booking was superb. Room was big and clean. Staff was friendly. View of city from Room Was epic. Only complain was fridge was not working. There is also bit of issue with shower knobs slightly confusing until you figure out.

The hotel would have been magnificent in its day; however is now due a little TLC, especially in communal areas, as looking a bit tired. Staff however were exceptional (and pool is one of the best at any hotel I have ever stayed).

The room was so hot. They sent people to fix the AC but it’s Only cooling for the most 1/2 day. Even the Jade restaurant was warm. It seems like no AC in the hotel. We’re disappointed and found cooling place at the mall across the street. The Services were nice but the heat was unbearable. Thanks.
