If there’s a vicinity map guide, that will be extremely helpful. There are things that one can’t rely on the hotel all the time. I love to walk around area of a hotel that im staying, getting little entertainment like snacks, foods or quiet chilling spots, which will make it feel like an extended street family of the hotel. However I couldn’t get much here. But Starbucks is by far a nice quiet extended escapade. And maybe investors could improve path to Brastagi Supermarket, or something? I dunno. Otherwise, everything has been well.

전반적인 후기

아침식사 메뉴가 약간 부족하고 과일은 일부 상한 맛을 느꼈다. 샤워기 압력이 약했다. 또한 8층에 숙박했는데 옥상에서 나는 기계소리(에어컨 실외기로 추정)로 인해 잠들기가 약간 힘들었다. 기타사항은 만족한다.

Premium rooms facing main road, pretty noisy. Room glass windows should be double layers, which is not. Breakfast selections are the same everyday. 🙁 Poor service recovery by hotel staffs, including senior staff member of the reception.

So So Hotel

Overall I stayed 5 nights in this Hotel, the main problem is majority of the Hotel staff can't speak and understand English for instance I encounter a problem for the 1st 2 days during breakfast, while I was consuming breakfast, I left my food and coffee on the table and went to take more food and when I came back to the table to continue my food, the waitress already cleared my table, this is unacceptable, the waitress can't wait to clear and clean the table without knowing the guest already left or not, for this incident I'm so upset and for the next 3 days I didn't took my breakfast anymore. Come on this is Sheraton Hotel, how could they employed this type of untrained & unknowledge personal, only this incident but overall the receptionist in the lobby is nice. I learn a lesson in future just book the room and no breakfats because they never improve or change. Hotel surrounding is too quiet. Hotel location is right outside the centre city is not very good. I'm returning to Medan soon but I'll still book this hotel but no breakfast, no thank you even if is free breakfast I'll still not consuming it anymore.

메단 시내 호텔 추천

메단 중심지에서 다소 벗어나 있지만 그럼에도 불구하고 매우 쾌적하고 멋진 시설을 갖춘 곳입니다. 가격 대비 만족도는 최상이었어요. 저녁쯤 되면 주변에 기대할 만한 시설이 거의 없는 것은 맞습니다만.. 메단 시내 대부분이 저녁이 되면 접근성이 떨어지는 것은 사실입니다.. 즐길만한 컨텐츠가 많이 없기 때문에. 하지만 호텔만 놓고 보면 가격 대비 매우매우 훌륭합니다.

I was stayed in room 521 for 11/5 and room 824 for 14/5-16/5, my very important eye drops medication have been thrown away by Housekeeping worker on the 15/5 that i left it on the table. I reported this matter to the female staff at the counter while check-out on 16/5.
