"Staff very helpful and accommodating, many amenities offered, nice pool and work-out facility, very clean and room service offered daily (compared to other hotels in Malaysia that offer it every 2nd day!) Location in a safe area and some stores & restaurants are walking distance, but to reach the main tourists attractions, one must take a taxi (or bus that is an 8 minute walk!) Additionally, daily breakfast (wide variety) is included for all guests."
