"The manager has shown what 5 star customer service is like, from calling beforehand to confirm booking to making sure that our stay was great. Room is spacious and comfortable, we could use the kitchen utensils and also the food in the fridge, and wifi was extremely fast without sharing with anyone else. Pillow cases and bed sheet feels used by previous customer without changing though, but maybe it's just me. Overall a wonderful stay. Ooh and it has a balcony."
