"This hotel in an old building. That said, the elevator, air-conditioning, shower, toilet, all worked. The desk staff and doorman were very helpful. The breakfast was OK, but I was disappointed that it was an Ameri-Brit buffet. We chose this hotel because of location which was incredible. We were at the market in Chinatown. Very fun. The hop on hop off bus was a good value and was close. Fun shopping and food out the front door."

Excellent staffs.. Excellent Service! We were greeted with fresh & enthusiastic staffs! A big thumbs up to The bell captains, security staffs 👍 Mosaic restaurant staffs very efficient & helpful.. (Reza). Buffet breakfast - wide spread. Checkin & out has no issue. Front desk staff Nik was excellent. Rooms are fully equipped & comfortable beds! Housekeeper Ros has kept the room tidy & clean at all time! But it would be better if the toilets door could be latched & comes with shower curtain....

Hotel is located very close to LRT Masjid Jamek Interchange Station and have proper pedestrian pavement to hotel, very convenient. Hotel is surrounded with many Indian restaurants. There are also major fast food chain around the LRT Station. It is also walking distance to Central Market and Chinatown. Check-in was quick and Internet is fast and stable. Elevator stops at every floor including the roof terrace. Room has free toiletries, soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, hair dryer, in-room laptop...

Had a comfortable and relaxing stay. Proximity to RapidKL public transport is a major plus point. My experience with hotel staff throughout my stay was just right, leaving me to do my own things without intrusion and not been excessively attentive. Continental Breakfast wise, variety is excellent and taste great, kapitan cafe environment was pretty clean and quiet too - only minor point was some of the tables had ants on it during one of the mornings.
