Fuss-free check in and out. Convenient location to a cafe right opposite and other touristy spots nearby. The staff were professional, welcoming and approachable! We were lucky and got upgraded to a room with the city view. Rooms were clean, functional and spacious for our simple luggage. Overall a really pleasant stay, will definitely book this hotel again for future visits!

Front seat staff is very friendly and helpful. Room service is not very good. We ask for extra quilt twice, and then we got it.

Location walkable from the famous China Town Petaling Street where street foods are abundance and lots of hidden pubs to explore during the night nearby.

Hotel is located very close to LRT Masjid Jamek Interchange Station and have proper pedestrian pavement to hotel, very convenient. Hotel is surrounded with many Indian restaurants. There are also major fast food chain around the LRT Station. It is also walking distance to Central Market and Chinatown. Check-in was quick and Internet is fast and stable. Elevator stops at every floor including the roof terrace. Room has free toiletries, soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, hair dryer, in-room laptop...

Had a comfortable and relaxing stay. Proximity to RapidKL public transport is a major plus point. My experience with hotel staff throughout my stay was just right, leaving me to do my own things without intrusion and not been excessively attentive. Continental Breakfast wise, variety is excellent and taste great, kapitan cafe environment was pretty clean and quiet too - only minor point was some of the tables had ants on it during one of the mornings. Excellent location to explore Chinatown and 2 train stops to the heart of a Bukit Bintang. The room is cozy and clean. Highly recommend.

Clean and nice staffs

Though cosmo hotel is still not fully operational as there are still ongoing works for some level, I was suprised with the service. It is already expected to that the staff are newly oriented to their roles as this is a new hotel and we can't dent the fact also that some are still under training, however everyone were proactive when a guest needs help. I've stayed in 3 different hotels durind my Dec vacation and this is at par the same comfort with stay in a 5 star resort in Indonesia. I didn't...

Great place to have a safe place to return to after shopping n eating. Near most attractions n transport points. Love the cleanliness n helpful staff.

(Reza). Buffet breakfast - wide spread. Checkin & out has no issue. Front desk staff Nik was excellent. Rooms are fully equipped & comfortable beds! Housekeeper Ros has kept the room tidy & clean at all time! But it would be better if the toilets door could be latched & comes with shower curtain....

The room was clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The bed linen and towels were fresh, and the bathroom was hygienic. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay.
