"The hotel was lovely and breakfast was fresh and delicious. Our room was super nice and comfortable. However, our checkin to the hotel was not a pleasant experience. We had to wait at the front desk for at least 10 minutes until a staff member showed up. There were others waiting to be checked in as well. She never apologized for the wait and was actually very curt and abrupt with all of us. At 9pm after a long day of travel this was definitely NOT what we were needing to deal with. We would stay again, so this was NOT a deal breaker, but perhaps additional customer service training would help."

"I had a very pleasant stay overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and quick to help whenever I had questions or needed assistance. The breakfast menu was fresh each morning with a good variety of options to choose from. Everything tasted well-prepared. The kitchen area was also convenient and had the essentials needed for cooking simple meals during the stay. Overall, the atmosphere was comfortable and enjoyable, and I would definitely consider staying here again."

"The bedding had stains on it, and was dirty, the bathroom needed sweeping and the tiles were falling off the wall. The ceiling was coming down. The stay was unpleasant that night because of all the noises you could hear. The reviews I read said nothing of this. The pictures I seen were of nice rooms in a nice place. All I can say is that its out of date."
