"The staff was kind and very responsive on the arrival and organising the events. Checking in and out was easy, well organised.
However the facilities needed more maintenance. The rooms were mouldy and needed more ventilation. Toilet wise could be largely improved in terms of insect defecate.
Understand it’s a place surrounded by nature but also spotted a mouse in one of the rooms, the staff were quick to respond and helped checked the rooms.

The room more than met our expectations. The design was pleasing, all the power points provided were the international type, so I did not have to worry about the incompatibility of the plugs that we had. I booked Alltrue Hotel Bintan after leaving another hotel due to safety concerns, and I’m glad I did.
The hotel felt much safer, cleaner, and more comfortable. The room condition was much better, and I was able to finally settle down properly for my solo trip. As a solo traveller, feeling safe in the room is very important, and Alltrue gave me that peace of mind.
It may not be a beach resort, but it works well as a comfortable base in Tanjung Pinang.
