"My 1st stay here was an example of everything went right. This recent stay, wasn't. I booked the 8 bedded dorm, knowing there's no double decker in that room. On arrival, was told the aircond for that room was not working, fine. They put me in a tiny 2-bedded room, which I need to take the upper bed, fine.
