Primera vez en este hotel, su precio va de acuerdo a la atención de todo el personal, limpieza, accesorios como papel higiénico, jabón y shampoo, no más... Lo que me impresionó fue el tamaño de la habitación, muy grande, bonita y cuidada... Lo malo fue que un día nos quedamos sin accesorios de higiene y otro sin aseo del baño...

My family and I got there and they did not have the room I originally booked. They were trying to accommodate us in two separate rooms. When they showed us the room the bed comforter had cigarette burns, and the pillows were super dirty. The rooms smelled bad. We ended up not staying we left.

Las personas fueron amables y la comida era rica, sin embargo algo me picó en la noche. Hace un poco de frío en la noche y a veces hay ruido en el pasillo. El Internet es muy inestable.

The place smells bad. The carpet is very dirty. It Looks like Motel and not a hotel. They offer products like lubricating condoms. Is no a family place

There are nights that the place is noisy. Until 2 in the morning, some people were having a party above our suite.

Remote but okay, clean and comfortable.
A bit remote from tourist attractions and the city center but Metro Misterios and Metrobus stations are just a few blocks away. It was clean and comfortable and decent value for the price. Free Wi-Fi but slow. Reasonably priced restaurant and a VIPs across the street. Laundry and supermarket within two blocks. Free parking. It is located on the Calzada de Guadalupe and is perhaps a mile or more from Basilica de Guadalupe. I was there during the Feast of the Assumption and many pilgrims walked along the calzada, including hundreds of "Miztec Zumba" dancers in full pre-hispanic regalia. The Hotel is 3 or from metro stops from the Basilica and 3 or for from the Plaza de Tres Culturas/Tlatelolco.

STICKY WHITE SUBSTANCE ON SOFA....EWWWWWW!!!!
This is a "will do in a pinch" hotel. While the cleaning staff did a good job, the place is just old, worn down and had a grungy, old look about it. It is in SERIOUS need of upgrading. I had a king room and there was a small sofa. It has cigarette burn holes and a questionable, clear, sticky substance in some spots. I tried not to even imagine what it was. I called the front desk and they told me since it was late, no house keeper was there. I threw a towel over it and avoided that couch like the plague. The floors were wooden but they were broken with my piece of the wood cracked and sticking up out of the floor. The toilet paper was like a crepe paper. They only provided one towel and no wash cloths. The beds were also very hard. There was no temperature control, but the windows did open and clothes. Overall, it is just in serious needs of upgrading to get a fresher, cleaner look. I checked out after that one and went to another hotel. This place will never see me again!

Hotel is 45 minutes walk to church, or few minutes by bus or uber. Receptionists and maids are pleasant and polite, but nobody speaks English except for the Manager who was in the office only once. Rooms are nice and clean but some room need updated . Wi-fi did not work. No English TV channel. And no air conditioner, which would be tough for summer.

Nice hotel downtown Mexico City
It’s a nice hotel, downtown Mexico City, close to pretty much everything you’d need. It’s no Hilton or Marriot, but I have stayed in much worse. Overall, I can’t complain, it’s a pretty decent place.

You get what you pay for!
Good price, but the beds are very hard and the hotel is VERY VERY NOISY!!! Our family had 4 rooms booked. 3 on the 4th floor, and one on the first floor. The noise situation was the same for both floors. There's constant loud talking and laughing that can be heard even with your door and window closed. Not to mention the disgusting moans coming from the next door rooms ALL NIGHT AND INTO THE MORNING. You can hear this in the hallway and into the rooms. We did not sleep at all. Look elsewhere if you want to rest. The noise makes it impossible to sleep.

Hotel was very very clean from lobby to rooms to its surrounding of its property. Food facility seemed always seemed close and when open only for drinks in my time of stay. Opens at 9 but still closed at 9:15 so i eat across street. Too much noise in my room, might have been that my only window was facing a tunnell to where i can see 4 walls and below is the parking structure and can see all the cars when i look down and the cars being driven or engine turned on or people talking it echoes thru that tunnel.

A hotel for sex
I booked this hotel last second and because reviews were not to bad about conditions. This place had 3 hardcore porn tv channels for free. Beds hard and uncomfortable and I slept on to of covers with clothes on. Everything was dated and as in other reviews you could hear a lot of noises from other rooms.

This is a horrible location
After coming here I realized this is not a four star hotel. The pictures are nothing like was posted on expedia. The area was depressing . There was no one in the restaurant and the hallways and lobby were very cold. I ended up checking out after the first night.
