"Rooms were clean. Staff was helpful and fantastic. Always willing to help! Lots of activities. Food was really good for an all inclusive hotel. We were there during the El Mencho cartel crisis and while the hotel was a bit short staffed, we always felt safe."

"Clean resort, great service, friendly staff and excellent food! The only thing disappointing was the evening entertainment. It was mostly bingo and trivia which is well below resort standards IMO. We ended up leaving the resort most evenings to find decent entertainment "

"Very clean resort. Staff was super friendly, we were in mountain view and it was quiet in that section which we appreciated. The 3 pool areas were great with one having a kids splash pool. They had a French fry, burger/ hotdog/ pizza area that was great for my granddaughter as she wouldn’t eat buffet. 4 speciality restaurants to choose from. Could use a snack shop but xoxx is down the block.
Nightly entertainment was great. Would recommend resort."
