Very nice, clean. Room was very roomy, AC worked great! We went for a cruise it was a little further from the port than I would like but otherwise very nice

Nice place in the brickell area. Staff was all awesome. Secure building. Next door Gastropub is good food. Lots of food options near by. Bed and sheets / pillows all nice and clean. I would stay again for sure

We couldn't hear any noise when we were in the room. The 2 free complimentary bar drink and especially the free breakfast every morning it was hot meals 😋

Excellent location. Walkable area. Lovely rooms. Excellent gym and happy hour. I was not able to check in early, which was irritating, but that was not the fault of the property or staff.

Overall we had a great stay. Nice and clean hotel, great breakfast and convenient location. Only one issue is the check-in process. They guarantee a check-in time of 3pm. Upon arrival we waited in line for check-in. When our turn was up, the room wasn't ready and the rep said it will a little longer as they were still cleaning the room. So had to wait. 45 mins pass went back to check, waited in line again (long line), still not available, waited some more and went back to check, still not ready, then finally after the third time (again waiting in a long line for check-in) the room was ready. Long story short, the checking process definitely needs some improvements.
