I loved the location. It was close to everything. It was in a sage location. The girl that checked you in was very nice in helpful. The room was very dated. It was a very old place and that just quickly & cheaply refurbished it. It was alright for one night, but I would not have been happy if it was a longer visit. There were five of us and they only had towels for two. One of the glass doors on the shower was missing & back splash for a kitchen was used on the floor of the shower. We thought that was creative.

The room was perfect for our group,the complaint I have is when we asked for some replacement of towels and toilet paper we were told that they could not because of how the building does not do hotel amenities as such. We were also told to wash our towels so we could reuse them. Other than that the room served it's purpose next time I'll know to bring extra paper and towels because I love the beach that was just around the corner.

The property itself was okay b/c of the location but not worth paying 300 a night. I was only there to shower and sleep, which was almost impossible because the bed was sooo TERRIBLE!!! If you are a light sleeper good luck getting any sleep. Between the noise on Collins Ave and the people coming in and out of the complex, you can hear EVERYTHING that's happening in the hallways. I will not be staying here again.

Great location. Walking distance to everything. Being close to everything you also hear everything. If you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs. The only complaint we had was the check in information said we could store our luggage at the hotel next store. This is incorrect. They told us they should not have told us that. We had to drag our luggage around.

I left my reservation a day early because it’s extremely loud (I know it’s the location) but also because of bedding was not good and how bright it was even at night time in the room.

It was… okay. The bathroom REEKED like a dead fish. We tried airing it out, spraying perfume but nothing took away the smell. The door to the bathroom was also coming apart on the bottom. The walls seem thin and we could hear stomping around starting at 8AM. There is a code for the main door serves little purpose, I guess it only locks at night? The room served its purpose but was not my favorite stay.

Not what we expected. The service was terrible. We tried to check in early but there was no front desk and the contact system was very delayed. The bed was horribly uncomfortable. There is a lot of unappealing things that could be mentioned but I don't have the time to list it all out.

I never complain about cheap offers. And I’ve stayed so many times in 2* hotels in Miami Beach and Airbnb. And I’ve stayed in 3* hotels all over the world. This one couldn’t gain even 1*. Terrible misleading service. There is no luggage storage! Look around without listening their advice, they have no idea anyway. Customer service seems outsourcing and barely understands what is going on. Cockroache everywhere in the room. Shower was so molded that I had to buy bleach and clean it myself. Electronic locker on the door never opened the door from the first attempt. People scream and listen loud music even at 3am first I was thinking that someone killing somebody but it was just music. Check-in is too late but they wasn’t able to even let me in at this time(4pm) they “cleaned” the room till 4.15. Terrible

I wouldn’t stay here again
All of the windows were cracked with one of them having a hole in the glass. They don’t have any staff so I’d have to call multiple times for them to figure out my correct room code because they kept telling me the wrong room number and code. It was like a guessing game. I would never stay here again

Although communication was maintained, the properties listing pictures are way outdated and dont do the deterioration justice. The A/C next to the bed was FULL of black mould, the shower had little to no hot water and the windows were so dirty you couldnt see outside. 4th time in Miami and was shocked by the state of this place… if booking, book with caution.

The room smells horrible and noise from outside. We could not stay and left the room right away and booked a different hotel. Non refundable room and complete waste. No human conversation only computer talk when try to ask anything.

Expedia lists this property as an apartment but it’s actually a hostel. I should have done a little more research into the company prior to renting. However, with that being said, the post on Expedia is very misleading. The pictures are only somewhat accurate when it comes to the rooms themselves. Otherwise the rest of the building is in need of major repair. There is no lounge or cafe (as shown on the property listing), which was disappointing. The hallways are very dirty and smell unclean. I tried to use the washer/dryer while I was there, I would not recommend due to the current state that they are in. I would recommend finding another place if you need to do laundry. Despite these things, the property is listed at a very affordable price especially given the close proximity of restaurants/beach/activities. If you can overlook the general appearance of the place and only use it as a place to sleep at the end of the day it’s a tolerable place to stay. However, if you are looking for a more luxurious stay in Miami, this is not the place for you.

hank you for your honest feedback so sorry that we didn't meet your expectations our building might be old but we do provide our guests with the best price and clean and comfortable rooms to stay in. We understand that the temperature had been really low and cold, but given the nature of our location, we are not equipped for cold weather/temperatures like this. This has been the coldest we have had in the last 30 years we are trying our best to accommodate blanket requests but we don't have enough for everyone. We really do apologize for the inconvenience.

The beds were comfy, the bathroom was dingy looking, the glass shower door did not close because there was only one glass door, when you turned the shower on barely any water came out and it either had to be really cold or really hot.

What a great spot. Apartment style. So clean and felt modern and fresh. AC worked great. Shower had hot water for long time although pressure not great. They did give us beach towels. Kitchen was great with supplies. Loved having table and couch felt like we were living there vs staying in hotel Amazing location!!! Such great spots all around. Safe. Such a close walk to beach. No parking and 30$ lot so know that. Two complaints —bed was comfortable but not cozy. Really needed a thicker blanket or someway to be more cozy. — so humid so towels don’t dry and there’s no way to get new towels. There is washer and dryer which we end up using

I changed rooms 3 times. First room that was provided didnt have 2 beds, as i paid for. Second room had cockroaches. Finally the third room was good. I asked the cleaning lady for more towels on the third day, she said no. Everything else was good, the location, the kitchen had everything needed.

I am sorry to hear that you had to transfer rooms three times but I am glad that the 3rd room was perfect and that you were denied a towel during your stay this is because of our business model wherein we don't operate as a normal hotel, we don't change towels or clean rooms for the guest during their stay but we do have a laundry area where our guest can wash their soiled towels. This is why our prices are considered more affordable than any other place in the area. We strive to provide the best possible experience for all of our guests, and it appears that we fell a bit short in the beginning but I am glad that we were able to rectify it. I am glad to hear that despite these issues, your overall stay with us was good. We hope that you will consider staying with us again in the future.

Given wrong room. paid for two beds. bathroom door wouldnt close. all towels were terribly dirty & disgusting. shower was either piping hot or extremely cold. NOT as advertised. stay away.
