My family and I (6 total) stayed here for 5 days and 4 nights. Our flight was changed at the last minute and we arrived to Miami at 9am instead of 4:30pm. We called management and was able to check in our room early. During the stay, the property was clean, had close proximity to Ocean Drive (3 blocks away) as well as a 20 min walk to Lincoln Mall where the strip is with all the shops. I rate this place and our stay with 5/5 stars.

Stay was good tried to wash towels in washer machine but they didn’t come out good. Not sure if it was whoever used washer last but the white towels came out with marks all over them.

Paid for 3 nights of parking. Code given to us was not correct to enter the garage so we couldn’t park first night. Had to pay an additional $40 to avoid being ticketed or towed. Inside of the apartment was nice. Didn’t agree with their fees. Cleanliness of the place was probably a 3/10 however the fees would suggest it was 20/10. There was hair on the bed, couch was stained, rugs and towels had dirt marks on them. Location was nice and close to Ocean Dr and shopping. Numbers provided for assistance is crap. They don’t answer at all, no option to even leave a voice message.

I like the place where the building is located, it's close to everything, ocean drive, restaurants, shops you can do a lot of things on foot. The building is clean and safe. The thing I didn't like was the sound of trucks waking us up in the morning at 6am because our room was facing an alleyway, every morning from Monday to Friday there are trucks that come to unload things and make a lot of noise

Katastrofalt hotell!
Vi hade bokat 10 nätter men stannade enbart en natt. Vi hade betalat mycket för hotellet och ville ha bekvämlighet efter det. Rummet var smutsigt. Våra fötter var helt svarta och städning ingick inte under vistelsen. Vi hade därför förväntats oss att det skulle vara rent när vi anlände. Det var också VÄLDIGT lyhört. Vi kunde inte somna på kvällen pga att det festades i huset (trots att det fanns tydliga regler om att det ska vara tyst efter ett klockslag). Det lät som att det var folk i vår lägenhet vilket var mycket obehagligt. Vi ringde till de ansvariga och de skickade upp en kille som sa sig vara ansvarig för vår uppgång i huset. Vi möttes av en person som knappt kunde engelska och som inte ansträngde sig det minsta för att göra något åt vår situation, som vi ansåg vara helt ohållbar i ytterligare 9 dagar. Det hela slutade med att vi fick hjälp av hotels.com med en återbetalning så att vi kunde boka nytt hotell. Skulle inte rekommendera hotellet till någon. Utsikten från både balkongen och de övriga fönsterna var också katastrofal. Man tittade ut över hustak med massa ventilationsfläktar, vilket inte var det intryck man fick från bilderna. Boka något annat istället för att lägga dyra pengar på detta för det är det inte värt.
