Overall enjoyable stay and would stay there again. The room was nice with newer furniture, unique shower and bath fixtures, and plenty of space. One of my favorite hotel bathrooms. The bed was on the firmer side than I’d prefer. However please note this is a personal preference of someone coming from the U.S. who’s used to softer beds. Convenient location with MRT station nearby. Plenty of shops, cafes, restaurants a short walk away. Only con is the backyard is a school. I could hear yelling from kids/teens.

I like the location which is quiet but still close to everything. It's clean and nicely designed. The staffs are very friendly and did their best to make you feel welcomed.

Chez Nous has become one of my favorite boutique hotel since my last visit in 2018, and I was finally able to return in 2022. The staff at this hotel are incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist me in freezing some food to bring back home to share with my family. I would like to particularly recognize Miko, who was very helpful from the beginning of my stay and even had my room ready early when I arrived early that day for check-in. I will definitely come back to stay at Chez Nous in the future when I visit Taipei, thanks to their fantastic customer service.

Nice hotel to stay in Taipei
Overall, nice hotel to stay. Good room size and Conditions. Very friendly staffs, no problem to recommend to everyone. The hotel has no parking for guest, but public parking cross street.
