Will definitely stay again when in Taipei

We highly recommend this hotel. We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was the best. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options and the bed was extremely comfortable. We also loved the area surrounding the hotel.

Homely stay

It's always a great time staying at Chez Nous in Taipei. The hotel is cozy but very well furnished and looked after. The staff always greet you with a warm smile and are eager to provide assistance whenver needed. The only issue this time was the bathroom sliding doors seem to need a repair as they actually would not close entirely. As always, I would definitely consider coming back again in the future.

The room is spacious .The bathroom is great especially I like the rain shower head. I enjoyed it very much.. The bedding is soft and comfortable.. Breakfast is great. Enjoyed different kinds of local food. The staff is very friendly and service is great. The location of the hotel is very close to the major subway line.. making travel very easy n conveniencem.

Small hotel with well equipped room and friendly staff. I was staying at their standard room , so it's a bit small but the room is comfortable especially the washroom, with hot and powerful shower, electric toilet seat and thermo ventilator. Location is central but really quiet at night, there's a 1960 bus to and from Taoyuan airport just 3 min walk away from hotel. Breakfast is also decent in Taiwan standard. Overall I would recommend this hotel and would love to stay there again next time.

All the staff gave very good service at all times. We were greeted every time when we leave and return to the hotel. Although there was a bar just below the hotel, we totally experienced very peaceful time throughout our 1 week stay except for some occasional sounds from the room next door. The metro station is within minutes walk away and there are ample parking lots just around the hotel area.

Overall it was a good experience but the room walls are thin, I heard everything by the elevator. Also the towel were very scratchy and outdated. But everyone was so nice and it was very safe.

This is in a quiet location right in front of a schools running track. There is a balcony with some seats you can relax on and watch the students do school activities if you want. The room is a unique design with unique soaps. The areas outside the rooms and the building itself is not that clean. I dont know why hotels still use carpets for common areas. The room itself was very clean and well maintained. Water flow great and lots of natural light.

Overall was very good. The interior is of good taste and quality. The only thing was the bathroom, 1) door couldn't be closed totally, 2) since those are glass wall and door, if two friends staying, it would be awkward.. wonder if all rooms are the same... Another thing, a luggage rack was placed just down at the TV, where if someone put a luggage there, the screen will be blocked... luckily mine was tiny:) Breakfast was indeed very good and of good quality. Free chocolate ice cream provided at the restaurant was excellent!! Thank you! Reception staff were all very helpful and friendly. I made enquiry about the nearby airport bus schedule, while I was in hurry to go out, they proposed to print that out and hand me later when I come back, and they did! once I stepped into the hotel. I was impressed that they recognised me immediately, my appreciation!! Thank you all !! Despite the above mentioned little minus points, It is overall a very good boutique hotel which worth to be recommended! Keep it up! I shall be back!
