"The room were in ok condition, but the walls were quite thin, so you could basicly here people speaking next door. Ear plugs are recommended anyway, because there is also a lot noise from the street. Check-in and check-out was made remotely and I am not a great fan of that, I prefer personal contact with the staff. But all and all, all the matters were solved."

Both rooms have A/C, and the location is convenient — about a 3-minute walk to a big supermarket, 6 minutes to the Metro, and 10–15 minutes to the Domodossola train station and tram. Check-in and check-out were smooth. The only downside was that one of the duvets had a stain. "

"I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the housekeeping team did a great job keeping everything tidy throughout my visit. One of the highlights for me was the shower, which was excellent — great water pressure and very refreshing after a long day. Overall, the room itself felt cozy and relaxing, making it easy to unwind. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with any questions. The location is also a major advantage, as the main station is right next to the hotel, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, offering a wide variety of dining options. All in all, it’s a comfortable and well-located place to stay that I would happily recommend. "
