"I’ve stayed here a handful of times but each time I become a little more disappointed. The location is good as well as the cost and it is always clean. However this time it was very noisy, including the cleaning staff early in the morning yelling back and forth to one another. Additionally, the check in/out staff acted like they couldn’t care less that I was there…. No greetings…. No thank you’s. It was just a “meh” stay this time."

"Shuttle was great. This hotel is really beat up. You could see daylight under the front door. The shower curtain didn't come down to the floor so when you showered water went all over the bathroom and out into the dressing area. Shampoo dispenser was empty. Bed was clean."

"The hotel was clean, classical decoration and free breakfast. There was also a free shuttle to the airport that was right on time and helpful to get to our flight. The walking path behind the hotel is gorgeous on a nice day or night though could use some refurbished and tlc on the pathway in some spots are you near other businesses. Stunning views of the bay, airplanes flying in right from our room!"

"We are so thrilled we were able to stay at a hotel Zephyr. The staff were extremely friendly, and helpful. The rooms were clean and had a fun designs. There was a lot for tiles of all ages to do in the hotel, including snores on the fire pits in the evening and all the indoor and outdoor lawn and board games. They had awesome resources on traveling while in San Francisco, and throughout California. The location was also extremely safe, and right across from Fisherman’s wharf. Public transportation and the famous hop-on hop-off trolleys are also easily accessible. Parking is $65 but is available on sight and is discounted 50%off on the first day if you book the hotel from Expedia. We were also on a higher floor and had an amazing view of San Francisco. The only complaint we had was that the room with two queens was a little narrow. Two people could not walk across the hotel room, without another person having to move out of the way. Otherwise, it was an absolutely wonderful hotel that I recommended to all my friends and family with children."

"Older hotel. Room was clean. Bathroom all tiled. Heater didn't work well. Took forever (at least 6 minutes) for the hot water to get hot. Breakfast was a coupon for the place next door. Food was good there."

"Place was very clean. Staff was super helpful. Room was extremely decent and laundry room was also clean. For such a reasonably priced room i don't think ive gotten this good of a quality before. 10/10"
