I also liked the text message system that let us know that our room was ready earlier than the check-in time. That was very helpful. Also, the checkout was very easy. The hotel looks very elegant. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive. I sent a text from the pool asking for more towels and within five minutes, they brought fresh towels to the pool. Thank you so much to everyone."
