"No complaints about the good-sized room and extremely helpful staff. However, the “Claus” room is located next to an indoor terrace where people are allowed to smoke, and the smoke gets into the room even when the doors are closed. This is not much of a problem during the day - it’s easy enough to air out the room after the smokers have left - but if certain kids staying at the hostel are so inconsiderate as to go for a smoke at midnight or even 2 am, this becomes very annoying."

"Was really looking forward to staying at a Selina property given the positive feedback I had heard from friends. Immediately upon arriving (after a long journey) I found there to be no hot water in the shower. This was not fixed for 24hrs. I also expected the staff to be more friendly/community focused however this was not the case. I was never invited to the whatsapp group even though I requested to be added and ultimately, will never stay at a selina again. Hostels provide a much better hostel...

"I stayed there the night of my Amazon trip as this is where the bus picked up so it was convenient in that sense. I stayed again the night my Amazon trip retruned. I had a private room which was basic, but well priced for my needs. For longer term, I likely wouldn't stay there. Staff friendly. I didn't have the breakfast but the rooftop patio had a great view. They will store extra luggage for you while you are on your Amazon trip."

"The property direction was false. The telephone number did not work. Noone in the immediate area surrounding area had ever heard of the hotel with that name, an entire waste of time, 1.5 hours looking for a hotel that doesn't exists. "
