"Great stay close to center of Salem, most everything easily walkable. Staff were helpful and attentive, communicated well. Only one thing I can comment on is the ice machine wasn't working and not able to see out of windows they had a permanent cover over them, could just be us but felt a little closed in. But overall great stay."

"Room was very clean but very small. Fine for one night. Bathroom was good size. Parking was easy. There was a bar with small menu but it was already closed when we arrived at 9:30pm. Coffee and tea available. For breakfast we ordered a very good bagel breakfast sandwich. Good stay for a night."

"Loved my room because it was charmingly unique. Even though the look of the room was “ dated “ it was clean, comfortable and had everything you needed .The only negatives were bringing luggage up a long flight of stairs to the second floor and if you happen to have noisy neighbors. Breakfast, next door at Daniel’s was delightful. Would highly recommend it if you are looking for an inn with “ character “."
