"The rooms were clean. However the lift was in a rather sad state looking rather drap. Not exactly the best maintained hotel but fairly acceptable and location was convenient. Would stay again if pricing is good due to convenient location"

"If you are going to Taipei Dome or Arena I definitely recommend this hotel! A grand and magnificent building, even though it's a little aged but still gives you a lot comfy. I arrived very early after a long-haul intercontinental flight on a morning and they generously provided me a room to for early check-in and I had a very enjoyable and slow-paced morning. Thank you very much ILLUME Taipei! If I am going to Taipei next time, I will choose you again! "

"The room wasnt as pictured the beds were very uncomfortable and when we had the room cleaned they gave us dirty wet towels i asked for new ones and never came so i never even asked again, the lights in my room were broken along with the a/c we stayed for 2 nights and i was going to check out after the first night… the belle staff was amazing and helpful thats what made the stay"
