The serene lakeside setting added a relaxing touch to our stay, with beautiful walking and biking paths just outside the door. The highlight, however, was the rooftop bar—an incredible spot to unwind with a drink while watching the sunset over the water. The views were absolutely stunning. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and stylish. We appreciated the comfortable rooms, attentive service, and easy access to both the city center and public transport. "I went to conference and the hotel was close by. It’s located near everything central in Hamburg. The valet service is comprehensive and front of house staff are very attentive in regards to taking care of taxis and welcoming you to the hotel. Check in staff are all friendly and fun. The rooms are very European and basic styling but they are generously proportioned and well cleaned. In fact, the cleanliness was very high. This is a good hotel, it won’t disappoint. "
