"The customer service have been amazing. The staff have promptly replied to all of my inquiries through messenger. The location has a private beach and guests are free to use their snorkelling gear. Although the beach is a little bit rocky, the marine life underneath is alive, perfect to snorkel around. The food was great too! "The Premier Suite is not worth the extra money. The Premier Seaview is AWESOME and is about the same size as the Suite. The restaurant is great. The grounds are clean and the pool is beautiful. The staff are kind and courteous. You need to call the number on your reservation to schedule a free boat to pick you up and take you to the private island that Fridays is on. The Coral Gardens are right across the channel, almost a stone's throw. Rent a small boat to take you there to snorkel!"

"Not sure if there was confusion with my booking but my room for the first night was disappointing. However, I was able to get into another cottage the following morning for the rest of my stay, which was much nicer, especially the bathroom. My booking included free breakfasts so that was nice. I opted with the American breakfast which consisted of eggs, bacon, and toast. Overall, a quiet and chill place with easy access to dive shops and the nightlife. "
