Our second visit to Hotel Zermama and it is still an amazing hotel. Staffs were friendly and very helpful. We were extremely pleased as they have upgraded us to a suite room. We will definitely return to Hotel Zermama when we visit Zermatt again.

Very nice breakfast, room is cosy and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful.
