Friendly host who advised of the best way to get about without spending a lot and also made sandwiches to pack for travel. Location is south of the city, near the beach and 5 min walk from main railway line to Galle. There is a rooftop with views of the city skyline. Excellent value for money. Many thanks Harshi."

The bathroom was absolutely filthy and had not been cleaned - toilet had black...
