"Location, size of room and staff."

"The hotel was in a great location. Rooms were modern and clean. We ate dinner one night at Tesoro, the restaurant in the hotel. It was very nice. I would also have liked to see an area where you could sit and have a wine, rather than sitting in the restaurant at any time. Mövenpick's famous Chocolate Hour was a great treat, as well a lovely surprise. The only downside was the location of the GPO Clock Tower across the road from the hotel. The Hobart General Post Office (GPO) clock chimes on the hour and every 15 minutes (quarter-hourly). Hence, I had terrible sleep and for that reason would not stay there again. Otherwise a good hotel"

"We stayed in very nice little unit with two bedrooms. Very clean and well equipped. Kitchen is well equipped but could do with a large pot as pots are a bit small. Parking was a bit awkward as some spaces are very small and its not guaranteed that you'll get a park in front or near your unit, however there is ample parking in the complex. Had someone park in front of our unit directly in front of the door even though it wasn't a parking spot. This didn't bother us as we were leaving that day but a sign stating no parking in some areas and not to leave your car protruding out of the car spot onto the thoroughfare would be beneficial to help other guests."
