"We loved our stay at Esqina. It was in a perfect location for us (we wouldn’t want to be any more into Baixa) and the staff were very friendly. We could leave our bags there for free before check in and 12pm checkout is very generous. The bottle of wine is also a nice touch! Breakfast was decent with a buffet and a choice of 2 of 3 hot options and a barista coffee. The only improvement is privacy in our room overlooking the balcony and breakfast area eg with frosted glass stickers as we had to keep all the blinds / curtains shut. Also some extra space to store or hang clothes would be appreciated but otherwise a great stay for a few days trip to Lisbon! "

"The room was clean and neat. The bathroom was spacious enough with a walkin shower. We had breakfast there and it was typical euro style with cold and hot choices in the buffet. Pedro at tge front desk was superb. Helped us with luggage and with getting around Lisbon. Would definitely stay there again, perfect location."

"I was here for business and really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The pool was very cold and the outside area being surrounded by tall buildings meant the sun disappeared quickly early in the evening. Apart from that it was a very lovely stay. "

"The service was five stars. They are welcome and friendly every step of the way! Location is central and very good. The property didn’t feel 5 stars at all. The carpets really need to be replaced and upgrades in the lobby. If you want luxe, don’t stay here. If you want really great location, service and I’d also mention comfortable bed, stay here. "
