"The staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble. I especially appreciated the warm welcome from the reception team. We absolutely loved the steam room, sauna, and jacuzzi in our room — a brilliant touch. We’d definitely book this hotel and the same room again the next time we’re in Lisbon. "We really enjoyed our stay. As other reviews have noted, the staff is super helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Carlota! The rooms can be small but are cleverly, comfortably (great beds!) and attractively designed and offer every amenity you could need. Close to the Metro and to Parque Eduardo VII, which has an amazing sunset view of Lisbon. Will definitely return!"
