"Our stay did not start well: bedsheet was shorter than the bed, wind blowing onto face when sleeping, lamp out-of-order. We left comment with Hotel.com’s check-in survey online before we went for breakfast. Oat found us, inquired our problems & fixed everything before we returned to the Hotel in the evening. That improved overall ranking fr 2 to 5."

The coffee was brewed fresh with several options according to your preference. We liked it so much that we cancelled our upcoming stay at another hotel and rebooked those 3 nights at iThaphae."
