"Breakfast very poor. And the hotel is located in a non developed area. Hard to walk. The beach was messy.
How ever the rooms are really big and comfortable."

Eastin Hotel is about 10 minutes walk away from Queensbay Mall which is convenient for people who would like to shop. There is also a lot of food there for tourists to enjoy.

Convenient location, everything is very new and staff is exceptional. One thing to note for the cleaners is to clean the hidden corners next to the wardrobe- I dropped a piece of clothing and collected all the dust

If you appreciate the history, literary and literal, of Raffles Hotel in Singapore, and project it to Penang, you're "there" at the Seven Terraces. The location is excellent. Most places walkable. The staff are most attentive to the needs of the guest. We were made to feel like part of of family. Albert in particular went out of the way to make us feel comfortable. Eddy was the consummate host.
A most memorable stay.

Newly establish hotel, pretty room interior design, relaxing infinity pool after a hot day of exploring, staff were polite and friendly, walking distance to Georgetown tourist attractions.

The staff were very helpful and kind. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the swimming pool was well maintained. The breakfast buffet was also very good, with a nice variety of food. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
