Nice hotel and location very convenient

.

Room was quite large, newly furnished, and smelled clean and fresh. The breakfast was fairly sizable, but basically the same thing every day, the swimming pool was great, very clean amenities.

Check in staff was fast, efficient and helpful… service staff all round were good! Great location sandwiched in between 2 malls

This is the hotel that I will never miss to reserve whenever I'm in Penang (even though it was only a night of stay in this trip), I've also introduced my friend to this hotel in the past which he used it for his proposal as I feel this is one of best hotel I've stayed in all my travelling to different countries. Our request for high floor and quiet room was meet without difficulties. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Very convenient location.

The hotel is tucked in a corner of the sleepy fishing town with its own clean beach. Getting food may be challenging (there's none directly...

Overall ambience, cleanliness and polite and warm staff hotel is grand
