The only thing that has been a bit annoying is that on Expedia it's clearly stated that the cleaning fees are not mandatory if you clean the apartment yourself but in reality they are mandary fees! "

"Bologna Suite has everything I look for - super clean, residential neighborhood located near the city center. It was a quiet. The bed was comfortable. The towels soft. The kitchen had all the necessities. Complimentary coffee, tea and prosecco! communication was easy. The owner was very flexible and helpful. Good instructions left in the room. "I travelled here as part of a holiday to Italy. This hotel was amazing, clean fresh rooms. Breakfast was buffet style with a big selection of warm food, continental breakfast, fresh bread and pastries. All delicious."
"We had a triple prestige room for my wife, daughter (15) and myself. There was ample space and the beds were comfy.
The included breakfast was very good, but it didget busy towards the end of service.
The pool is amazing being Olympic size. You do have to pay for the sunbeds and umbrellas, but that does mean they are available and not just covered in towels from 7am. But if you are planning several days around the pool the costs will mount up.
The hotel is a little bit out of the city centre and a taxi will cost about €25 each way. There is a bus but it takes over an hour. Best to have a car."
"Overall this was a very nice hotel and we had a pleasant stay. Every staff member that we spoke to was very nice and helpful with any question that we had. They all spoke very good English and were polite with my terrible Italian. :)
Raquela at the front tlesk in the mornings had AMAZING restaurant recommendations. Marissa, at the front desk in the evenings, was not only nice and helpful but also remembered my wife and I by name after only one day.
While the first room we received had an air conditioning unit that did not work and needed some repairs, the staff was quick to send someone to check it out and then quick to give us a different room.
I will personally plan to stay here on my next visit to Bologna."

"It was a big surprise, in a positive way. The room, the sunny outdoor pool with umbrellas and the bar with outdoor sitting is excellent. The pool closes at 19:30, and the restaurant opens at 19:30. We had a very tasty dinner at the restaurant, I recommend it. It was our last stop in Italy before flying off from Bologna airport. I definitely recommend this hotel, it was much better than expected. It is in a location where you need a car and parking is free, public transportation is difficult."
