"Internet connection more OFF than ON. VERY CONFUSING: 2 D’primas in close proximity. ITC Mangga Dua and WTC Mangga Dua. I accidentally booked an extra night at the wrong one. Had to pay twice because I didn’t want to move. OBNOXIOUS placement of receptacle. Instead of putting it where it can easily be reached, I had to crawl on the floor like I was changing oil and plug my converter in. A pleasant stay!

"Had a wonderful stay at Mercure Jakarta Kota. I must say, the front office staff went out of their way to take care of my requirements and even ordered some IKEA products I wanted to carry back. Special thanks to Rika & Hafist Subchan for their excellent customer service. The staff across were nice and courteous and always helpful - house keeping, restaurant, room service, support staff and front office. The rooms were spacious and nice, and of course the breakfast buffet too! Was a pleasant stay and would love to come back again. "

"the white light around lobby and around the hotel is not calming. the in-room safe was not working. the hotel is due for a refresh and refurbishment. I wish the staff can be more customer oriented and takes more initiative. They are courteous and warm, just lack initiative."

From the gatekeeper’s welcome to the bellman’s gracious help, every moment felt special. The true highlight was DEDE at the front desk. Recognizing my stay from 10 years ago, he welcomed me like family, upgraded my room to a suite, and sent fresh fruits—an incredibly thoughtful touch. His kindness continued throughout my stay, always ensuring my comfort. Beyond DEDE, every staff member, from housekeeping to the breakfast team, provided one-on-one service with genuine warmth—never expecting tips, only focused on guest satisfaction.
