The shower in the rooms were extremely dirty and the knob to open the water for the shower was broken. Requested another room and it had the same exact problem. WiFi was pathetically slow. It'll be good for sending messages and that's all. The bed was at least comfy and the air conditioner worked well.

Was very happy with all aspects of Nagaland Hotel. Courteous helpful staff, Enjoyed our daily breakfast at the inhouse cafe, Will definately stay there again..

Love the Nagaland Hotel! Very reasonably priced rooms, excellent service from the staff, clean rooms, love the free breakfast as well. Centrally located, and they have the best mango shakes :-)

Not like the pictures. There was a leak in the ceiling. I requested to change rooms but no rooms available. Breakfast was terrible my family and I got some sort of food poisoning. Wife and son were throwing up all day. I would never come back here again more recommend it to family and friends.

Older hotel bathroom needed better attention. Toilet backed up and had to tell maintenance to clean after it was fixed. Hotel is not close to cathedral for Penafrancia and not a good location, however police station is across the street.

The staff was super helpful in accommodating a date change. Expedia couldn't get the change done in their system but the locals simply made a note that my wife would be checking in 2 days later that the reservation. THAT'S the Philippines people for you!! Will stay again for sure!!

Handled issue well!
I booked this room for my fiance. The room was okay except for the air conditioning going out twice. The second time it went out was after midnight and so she had to suffer through the night in the heat. However, the staff made things right and for her second night, she was upgraded for free in one of the deluxe rooms which was so much nicer. Will definitely be staying there again. Very good service

The reception on duty was not very accomodating arrived in the evening long drive from manila and was advise that my booked accomodation will not valid until we have certificate of entry. Told it was not posted prior to booking. Told we bring a med cert from the local gov. Advise her that the booking as well is no cancellation.Advise we here to deliver hospital equipment only not a tourist or local stranded ind but she doesnt listen and insist still. Very tiring day long drive the reception has no courtesy and good service to handle customer like us. We are still ask to go and ask to local office of Naga and was advise no need for entry cert if our business is very short stay.

Good location for nearby restaurants and convenience stores. Night duty front desk was very friendly and courteous. The day duty was very arrogant. Both of them. Being very busy is no excuse to be arrogant. No elevator for this property. Price is very good. Breakfast is 8:30 am. I don't think Covid 19 is a valid excuse for a super late breakfast. Specially if your almost fully booked.

A decent hotel located in the center of town. The room was good. The staff was a-ok. The restaurant was ok and there were plenty of restaurants close by. I was there for 2 weeks and would stay again. The wifi was marginal. And hot water was hit or miss.

Its close to the grocery restos and fastfoods, fridge, aircon, hot water are available.Friendliness and efficiency of staff. Affordable. The not so dislike is the upgrading of door card, wifi password.

Nagaland - 5 Stars
This was our third stay at Nagaland. We love this hotel for it’s friendly staff, clean - comfortable rooms and delightful coffee shop, White Bean. The location is ideal, mall with grocery directly across the street and several 24 hour restaurants within walking distance including Chow King, Jollibee and KFC.

The place is very convenient to every where with in the centre of the town, the staff are very kind and friendly, Aside from there is no friends, which I hire it for 200.00 pesos a day, needs to have an elevator ???? Soon hopefully

The hotel was poorly lit. Buy the rooms were clean. No elevator too; difficult for elderly to go up the stairs and down. The road going to hotel isnpoorly lit st night and the road needs repair.

Hi! Thank you for your review. We do not know what you mean by facilities but if you're looking for a pool or a gym, we don't have that right now. The facilities that we provide right now includes 24 hours reception and housekeeping, a restaurant where you can take your breakfast, lunch or dinner, a parking space, free airport transfers, luggage storage, etc... I hope you can provide telling us which facilities you want us to include next time you write a review.
