I booked 2 weeks earlier but the whole villa was rented. I and my friend ended up not going on the booked schedule and wasn’t given a refund.

She booked one of rooms on instant booking She was going to choose a latter date and talk to her girlfriend in the meantime we put her tenatively in.one of our comparable two pax queen not listed on hotels.com. iand tried to confirm up to day before but no response back to us a refund wasnt discussed. She ended up not showing up or responding to our attempt to communicate with us
The room remained empty. Again
Refund was not discussed
Very rude owner! And he even bring us to other hotel that later to found out it was more cheaper than the pay that i gave him!

Once in a while we get back to back bookings and a double booking occures. As soon we realized this happened we contacted them they insisted this was our problem. I was already working on alternative placement. It was a full weekend and I found a place after calling around for an hour. I ended up actually taking 153 peso out of pocket to accommodate them. I didn’t have to do that I could have contacted Expedia and requested refund to them. The reason they are saying it is more is because Expedia still charges their fee This customer went to the location and called us back and said the place was fine. Then 12 hours later called us up at midnight being totally drunk and started yelling st us. The other resort said they were very disruptive we were not rude I simply asked her why she didn’t say something at noon when they looked at the place. I would have continued looking for them if it wasn’t satisfactory. We are currently working with Expedia as we are new with them to require all reservations to be prespproved like our other agencies. We only have 5 rooms and they fill fast
