"We return for a 30-year wedding anniversary trip as we honeymooned here 30 years ago. It was a great nostalgic moment to return to place where we started our family. Amazing service in 2 weeks in Korea traveling the country, I would say Sheila is still our favorite Hotel and comfort and elegance. Only thing is I think they could do better with air circulation to deal with humidity. I noticed everywhere I went in Korea seems to be humid but I also believe that's the experience of all foreigners would travel in Korea where somewhat of a normal way of life but I do expect air conditioners to be crisp and without humidity. Other than that everyone has been amazing and the employees and the staff definitely are above and beyond and cream of the crop. Thank you for an amazing stay and service."

"Because of this property, we would love to go back to Jeju Island just to experience it again. The architectural design is quiet, calm with a touch wow factor. It really matches the surrounding. The complimentary breakfast was like a feast. The staff are so nice and pleasant. We got the suite with two bedrooms and it's for 3 people. It comes with two natural spring water wooden bath tubs. I can't ask for anymore of a property."

"Cabin was spacious and property clean. Stayed as family 2adults 4kids and my children loved the outside, they interacted with the dogs and chickens. They enjoyed the bench swing and nature trail behind the property. The staff was kind to prepare something for my kids birthday - a very kind touch that made the stay more personal. The cabin has everything we needed, microwave, refrigerator and even a water kettle. The only issue we had was with the bathroom lights tripping, but we figured out how to reset the breaker and then no problem. Location was quiet and scenic. We would love to stay here again. "
