Very good, hard to find
The property and room was clean and quite ok for the price. There were some restaurants and bars in walking distance. The hotel is a little hard to find, so be prepared. Altogether very good value and I would go back.

Excellent hotel for the price
Good-sized rooms with decent mattresses and bedlinen in a reasonable location in Korat. It was only an overnight stay so we didn't get the chance to use the facilities. No complaints about anything. I'll stay there again if I'm in that part of Thailand.

Clean and friendly
This place id the perfect combination..simple, not fancy, but immaculately clean. Nice pool for swimming and good food st the restaurant. Staff is very helpful too!!

I liked the car park guys and the room porters I found my stay good the housekeeping was excellent room service goes on to late alot of banging doors at night couldn't sleep second night there other guest room service no concideration for anyone else. I wouldn't stay again

Was there for two nights. Chose because of access to downtown area and train station. Great location if you don't want to drive, although seemed to be ample parking available for those who do.. Has a large fridge plus microwave. The room is clean, but basic. Price, however, is very reasonable. Staff has limited language skills, but is helpful. Hotel does have an elevator, but wouldn't call the room overly accessible for those with disabilities given the step down into the bathroom. A lot of hotels in Thailand seem to have this feature in order to prevent water from flowing into the rest of the room. A bit of a trip hazard if you're not aware of it. Breakfast was included with the room. Modest food selection but adequate.

The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. One reception staff spoke good English. The breakfast is very good catering for local and western food. They have a very nice swimming pool and massage/manicure/pedicure centre. Very good, secure parking too.

Great experience
The location was great, close to the Klang Plaza and about 30 mins walk from Terminal 21 mall. Very close to the river. Hotel was clean and comfortable. However, some staff didn't know much english so slightly difficult to communicate. We arrived late at night and despite sending an email letting them know, there was a slight hold up on our rooms - we wanted two rooms on the same floor. Apart from that good experience.

I have to pay for the breakfast for the second person staying with me. Although I booked for Single Room and paid for the same price as my friends whom book Twins Room and entitled 2 breakfast. The Receptionist is so inflexible. Very disappointed.

Overview general
I found the hotel comfortable to stay in. the food ordered from the bar at the poolside and the dining room was good, the staff pleasant and helpful. The hotel is only 4x years old apparently and looks it.. The only complaint was the noise made by other room doors closing and you can't help hearing people along the corridor talking, for some reason it can be noisy at night & mornings, (not every night or morning) the sound just resonates The small gym on the 5th floor is quite well equipped and always open / the swimming pools not so big but pleasant / the under ground car parking keeps you car cool as well I would stay there again

A nice hotel for sightseeing
This hotel is located not far from the city center of Korat, but not noisy place. Also it’s not so far from the nearest train station. Although the entrance is narrow, I actually missed and passed when I came here.

Excellent hotel, value for money
Excellent hotel with all the amenities. Staff were very friendly. The only disappointing thing was getting a call at 6am from the reception to collect an iron from my room. I went to bed late and that call ruined my sleep. I hope they will buy few more irons and more sensible when calling guests at odd times as I was adjusting to local time after arriving from UK.
